The best thing to stop hate is when you feel hate dont pass it on.
When you feel hate, wich is ok to feel, but transform the hate feeling and energy to another feeling.
When I see terrible news on tv how kids or grownups (bulling or war) I dont need to take side and hate the bad guys and love the good guys. Bacause in conflicts there are no bad or good guys.
