The songs on this page were recorded in a small Santa Barbara shack by (mostly) teenage girls I produce and write songs for. We have a blast. Some of the girls have famous dads but most of them are the girl-next-door. All of them are a hoot. No one competes for being the best singer. It's more just like a party with a few cute teenage boys atttached. We do concerts and telethons also. 2fun! oh yeah, and P.S. we share a drummer with Justin Timberlake. The Truth.

our story:

Teenage girls come to me with their drama. I talk things out with them and then, whatever we've talked about together, I pen into our songs.

Then I take the girls into the studio and record them singing the songs we put together. For example: "Whatever!" talks about not over-reacting, and "Fearless" which seems to be everybody's favorite, talks about being Fearless, of course. "Crumble" is cool if you need to be brave around a boy and "Got Your Back" is a friendship song.

Messy's good too...seein' as life can get kinda messy...but oh WHAT A JOURNEY!!!haha . Whatyah gonna do about it?

What I love is that it's the girls themselves recording the songs that I write for them. Pretty cool way to work out a silly drama in one's head.

Oh yeah...haha..that would be the Monkey song. Drama in one's head. Maybe we should talk about all that...
